Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

Items cannot be reserved by placing them in your cart.

Product availability is very limited and items may sell out before you complete your transaction. It is important to note, order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

Why does my item look different than the photo?

While we try our best to capture items as accurately as possible, colors can be represented differently depending on lighting, photography, or device resolution.

Do items run true to size?

Sizing always varies between different brands, cuts, and styles, and it may not be consistent between different products.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, if the order has been fulfilled we cannot change or cancel the order.

If the order has not yet been fulfilled, reach out to contact@pinkpoplar.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to modify the order.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped prior to a change or cancellation request we ask that you then refer to our return policy for further instruction.

I purchased the wrong size

We do not offer exchanges at this time as noted in our Return Policy.

However, you can submit a request for return.

If approved, you can use your store credit to purchase the correct size.

I received the wrong product

I have an item missing from my order

I received a faulty item

Contact us at contact@pinkpoplar.com with photos of the damage.

Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on what qualifies as damage.

If the item is still available, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit.

I didn't receive my order

Packages can be delayed by the carrier. Kindly check the status of your order via the carriers tracking information.

As noted in the shipping policy, Pink Poplar Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you think your order was lost or stolen, you can file a complaint with your local police department or reach out to the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
