First, ask yourself -
Was this a final sale item?
Is this any type of hygienic product?
Did I receive my order more than 14 days ago?
If so, the item is non-returnable, and we recommend that you gift, donate, or hold on to the item.
If your item is still eligible for a return:
This is a store credit only return policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No items will be accepted with makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smell, or pet hair on them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please forward us pictures of the damage. If you do not reach out within 2 days, the return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we will not accept returns on hygienic items such as undergarments, leggings, bodysuits, or swimsuits.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time as we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

COLOR VARIATION OF MERCHANDISE DUE TO COMPUTER MONITOR RESOLUTIONS, LIGHTING AND PHOTOGRAPHY LENSES ARE NOT QUALIFIED AS DAMAGED.
