Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM MST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days).
During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service team.
Transit times will vary based total distance between us and you and weather conditions.
Shipping rates will vary depending on rates. U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Domestic Shipping Only is by USPS or UPS
